Race in Santa Barbara

Although we have specific races the club is targeting, two of our members chose to go race in Santa Barbara. Being that was the first race of club members, as well as the first time our official tri race suits would be worn, I (Coach Eric) had to be there too. It was also cool because this race was my first race back in [cough] 1995.

They both raced really well and both got on the podium. She was 2nd overall and he was 2nd in the under 17 age group. These two have a ton of potential and I'm excited to get to be a part of their development.
