Sunday Bike Ride

8:00 am - Newport Back Bay

We'll meet roughly at:

33.61826° N, 117.89007° W

There is free parking on the street, and that's where we'll start. You can look for my green Hyundai Ioniq 5 with a large bike rack on the back.

The bike ride will start at 8am, so please arrive a little early. You must have a helmet. Parents who wish to join us are welcome to.

Monday Ocean Swim / Run

8:00 am - Corona Del Mar

We'll meet roughly at:

33.59303° N, 117.87706° W

There's a lifeguard tower at the North end of the beach. That's where we meet.

There swim area is somewhat protected and usually does not have waves. There are buoys that we swim around.

A wetsuit is highly recommended.

We'll run after the swim.

There is no RSVP required. But please, if you're coming and running late, message me before 8:00 and we'll wait for you if we can.
